My name is Nallamal. I am from Tirumangalam taluk. I am associate head and administrator in Aditamilar democratic union. I didnt knew what is union. I worked for 15 years in garment company. Some of the union workers came to us and gave awareness. I usually go and attend meeting and training. After coming here, i got to know so may things. I learnt how much importance is given, what all should be done to release women, problems faced by women, how to solve it. My parents made me to study till 12th std. But still i was not able to get a job. So our kids should study well and get good Govt job. I think my child should be able to get a clerk job. I am telling all things to my kids and telling the benefits of each and everything. Where to approach and how to face every problem. In present generation we see sexual harassment cases more. So we give awareness to kids. Happy women's day to all.
