We discussed about the new plans of union, increasing members count, women's day function, details of educated people, details of those who are still studying, details of child labour, details of people who finished Secondary Education, details of people who finished higher education, etc. As a result of planning we found that Amudha and Kalishwari from Kaphur village Tirumangal Taluk shared that they are willing to study but they are school dropouts. Vijayaraghavan, Mutthupandi, Gurulakshmi has finished their higher education. Kutti kamatchi, Vijayaraghavan, Palkannan are willing to write competitive exams. During the year 1999 SC people were given 2cent land and its patta document. In that 12 Sq.feet is allotted as pathway. Thats 12 sq.feet is properly fenced by BC people saying that is not a pathway. In patta it witten that 12 sq.land is a pathway. People have given petition in Thirumangalam taluk. Officer have not visited for inspection. Adi tamilar union has investigated. He said he will confirm the date on 11th. We visited Manoratti village and explained them plans discussed. People requested to conduct training on candle making, incense stick making and tailoring. Arumugam from Nedunkulam village has gone to wefare board for marriage assistance fund. 2 people from Tirumangalam taluk has recorded their grievance. 2 people from Vadipatti taluk has recorded their grievance.
