Today i conducted mill worker meeting. I told them the PF contribution from worker and employers side. They initially worked as contract staffs. Now because of the govt rule on deducting PF compulsorily, they are deducting PF. Many shared that they are working from past 10 years. If at all they have deducted money from beginning they should have got good amount of saving. They also complained that toilets are not clean and they are unable to use it. They also shared that the machines are very old and if the machine is broke they are collecting fine from workers. They registered in TTCU about it to take action on it. So dear workers, only if you express the problems in your work place, only then TTCU can take action. Thank you
