I am Kamalajothi from Vadamadurai. Today i conducted meeting in Thennampatti with newly formed group of mill workers. In the meeting, 5 mill workers and 2 garment workers participated. Total 11 members participated in the meeting. I told them about gram vani number. When we call gram vani number, immediately they call us back, we dont have to spend anything. Our balance will not be deducted. All the programs published, gives awareness about our work. We should know about the laws. What are the rights we have in work place, everything will be published in it. It will be really useful if we know all this. I also told them about welfare board. If we join welfare board, we can get scholarship and can get all medical facility. I told them that yearly 8crore Rupees is going back without using it.
