The next thing is Labors court. There will court in all districts. In that there will be special court for labors. Dist Judges will appoint judges for this court. Dist Judge can appoint anybody as judge. In NCLT i,e National Company Law Tribunal there will be judges. They are High court Judges. The Chief Justice will appoint judge for this. This differs in every place as per the situation. In Labor Tribunal will inquire cases which has more than 100 workers. If there is a company with less than 100 workers the case will be inquired dist court. So depending upon the situation judges will be appointed.
