I am Sangeetha from Rendilaparayam. I went to Ellapatti to meet mill workers. I met a mill worker there. She has a wound in her hand. I asked her what happened to her hand. She said, while working in mill, cone fell on her hand. I asked her whether the mill took her to the hospital. She said, 2 days they took her but after that they didnt take her to hospital. They said we have to take care of it. She said its been so many days after this wound, after that she didn't go to work. I asked will the mill give you salary? She said they are not giving salary. Now i want to ask TTCU that if a worker is meeting any accident and being at home, will the mill management has to give the salary to the worker or not? I request TTCU to answer this question.
