This question is about Work permanence. He is saying that he has been working from past 4-5 years. He has asked whether is there any ways to make his work permanent? There is a way. Normally, if a worker has worked continuously for 240 days he should be made as a permanent worker. But as concerned to textile and ginning mills, if the worker works for 480 days he should be made a permanent worker. If any mill fails to do it, you can take proper action. If you are taking all the related document to the union, they will file a case and you can be made as a permanent worker.
