MGR has passed an order to make the workers as permanent workers because they were kept on daily wage system for a longer period. For this, he made some changes in law. If a worker works for 480 days h should be made permanent in ginning factory. A Govt Order (GO) was passed. For other works its 240 days but for ginning factory its 480 days.
