Who are migrant workers? Those who have shifted for the purpose of work are called as migrant workers. Especially in the textile field, many other state workers are working. India Govt has an act for these type of workers. That is act for interstate migrant workers. Under this if a worker is coming from Bihar, he should get a license from Bihar saying he is going for work in this state for this work. He should get this from labor dept. After coming here, he should get employment license from the company. The company should get permission saying we are appointing migrant labor for work.
