Here people who are above 60 & 45 got their first shot of covid vaccine and now they wanted to take the 2nd shot but there is no stock and the officials said to take the second shot after 3 months. So people who are above 45 & 60 who have taken their first shot are not able to get their second shot now and they are asked to come after 3months. But people who are above 18+ are being vaccinated now
I am Palani bharati. A person in Maharashtra took a 12 year old girl to his house and tried to misbehave with her. By seeing this the neighbors informed the family and the family filed complaint on him. Since the girl was 12 and he did the crime, he was arrested under POCSO act. The case went to Mumbai high court. Judge named Pratibha passes the verdict that if the girl is taken with the intention to use her sexually and removed her clothes and if the body contact happens then only it will be considered as sexual abuse. She also said, clothes were on and if the man touches with the clothes on and presses the girl it is not a crime. what she meant was in the man touches in private part of a girl when clothes are on, it is not considered as crime.
