I am Geetha from Thiruvallur dist. We dont have road facility in our village. Especially inside the colony we dont have road facility. Road is fully damaged and water will be stagnant during rainy season. Few politicians have laid cement road so that it will be useful for elections. Situation is better now. Few roads still needs road facility. In the same ay toilet facility is not proper here. Toilets are being constructed. In our panchayat they have decided to build toilets through BDOs before 2019. But many are struggling without proper space. It will be useful if public toilets are constructed. I am sharing it here because through urimai kural we will get a solution.
we live in Ambattur, chittuvaram area. There is a lake near our place. We request to clean the lake and make facility to use it for drinking purpose. It will be really good and helpful if they could do that.
I heard Vijayalakshmi speaking. Not only for you even for peole who live in city we were not aware domestic helpers has respect, and medical help, education allowence for women workers. Only after joining in union we came to know about all these. I am creating awareness now in pudur through this union.

I am talking from pudur. From past 8 years domestic workers are struggling. But they done have minimum wages or PFor ESI facility. We have fought for it many times. But still these needs are not been fulfilled. From 8 years we are fighting for it. So the government should listen to our demands and give all facilities for domestic helpers.
