We have conducted urimai kural meeting in Thirukulakundram thopu colony. Many men women and children have attended the meeting. We have one students with us to talk and share her views in urimai kural. I am nithya, I am studying in 7th std in Thirukulakundram Govt School. Daily I go and come by bus. My mother was working in 100 days work scheme and she used to give money for bus fare and to buy notebooks. Now since the work has been stopped, we don't have money for bus fare and to buy notebooks.
came her to conduct community meeting & we arranged for urimai kural meeting lets have a voice of domestic worker devi .I am devi ,After she said that only i come know that domestic workers also having leave ,bonus & respect .Before her advice we thought domestic work is grassroots work.but now we realize that this is also a prestigious job,she said that after you clean their home then only they were clean ,they motivate us .so now we boldly ask about our bonus with the help of PTS staffs

This is Pushparani from PTS. I am in Vadanimi panchayath, Kanjipuram dist. Gram sabha was conducted today in vadanimi panchayat at 10 AM. Special officer Mr. Ramachandran headed this panchayath. More than 300 people participated in this gram sabha. The decisions taken were - Open defecation prohibited in Palanimelil village, compulsary to build toilets in each house, stop using plastic covers and anything related to plastic, to avoid accidents installation of traffic signals, avoid wasting drinking water.
