I am Vijayalakshmi from eri scheme. Yesterday i went to an area and met 10-15 people. We conducted the meeting.  We told them about union and made them understand. They said they will join. Again they have asked us to come. We will go.

I am Vijayalakshmi from eri scheme. Mam has told in UK that we domestic helpers should get our bonus. Everyone do listen to UK. You will know about it if you listen to UK. We should never leave our right. We should ask for it. Dont be hesitant to ask. We have laws in our union. If we are being quiet it will be favorable for them. So mam told us to ask for our rights. We should tell this to others. We are not slaves. We are domestic helpers. There are many laws related to domestic helpers. There is no need to worry. We can ask for our rights. Everyone do listen to UK.

1922666: Today Santhanamari mam, Sumathi mam, Savitha came here. And gave the books to the new members whom we have joined. Today we went to Ambedkar nagar. We conducted the meeting and told them the importance and benefits of this book. All were enthusiastic in joining the union.

I am Vijayalakshmi from eri scheme. We went to welfare board. today we have joined 8 members to union. There was a lady in the office and she behaved badly and she is speaking like insulting. We are incharges and we are going to join the members. We really felt bad. Dont know when this will get end. She didnt talk to us properly. The way she spoke was really hurting. But still we are not going to put an end to our efforts. We will take effort to fulfill our needs. We came back and joined 2 members. talking to them was very easy because whe we called UK, Palani mam and Dhanalakshmi mam's talk was going in UK. This makes our work easy. Its my request to you to keep their speech in UK. This makes our work easy.

I am Vimala from Mogappair. I have sent 8 people from Mogappair for welfare board. I have already told about issue in joining members. People are saying that we will take loan by using their adhar card. Shenbagavalli sis spoke about it. Again I am telling you, i have already joined a member from the same area and she only introduced me to her. Today i have sent 2 people from the same area to register in welfare board. Its not that i have not joined any members, i have already joined members. Even after joining people and getting them welfare board card, they are not ready to believe. Shenbagavalli sis should note this point. I have already met people of that area and got welfare board card for them. Got scholarship for her son.

I am Vimala from Mogappair. 2 weeks back i went to 7th block and spoke to 4-5 people along with my friend. Since i was not well i couldnt go there. Today i called them and asked. They said they cant give Adhar card. These pwople will apply for loan with our Adhar cards. I told them its nothing like that. When people starts thinking like this, its becoming difficult to join members. I have got welfare board cards to those who have already joined. So even they said they wont cheat and showed their ID card. But still they are not able to change their thoughts. So in such situation its becoming difficult to talk to people and convince them and join them. There were 10 people, but only person told this. This influenced the others and they all started thinking in this angle. I tried to convince them but they are not able to understand. SO you have to tell me what to do.

I am Vijayalakshmi from eri scheme I heard Labours news. It was good. The news of sanitary workers of Kunnur who didnt get any safety equipment and didnt get their salary was disappointing. Picking the trashes in one of the most difficult jobs. Near my house the trashes are collect in lorries. When we cross that lorry it stinks and we close our nose. But these workers are tolerating it and working. If they are given good facilities they will work hard. This is my view. If they are safe we can live clean life. If they are not safe we cannot lead clean life. This is my view. If the protest i will support them.

I am Vimala from Mogappair. Saturday i went to Sai nagar. I had a situation where i had to talk about our union. I spoke to 1-2 people about our union. At that time people said, they are about to relocate to some other area. Already token has been given. 1 area will be shifted and another will remain there only. The people asked, now they are being shifted to another area. What will they do by joining the union? What shall i say now? I need answer from PTS.

i Ma Kalaivani from AKR nagar. I am a domestic helper. I am working for 5-6 years. Last year they told me about bonus, i got only half. This year they gave pamphlets about it. This year i got full salary as bonus because of pamphlets. I am really happy. PTS has given us a recognition. The house owner asked whether are you talking pout only bonus or are you asking for other things also. I said we are talking about bonus, leave, increasing the salary. They conduct meeting and tell all these. I gave her the pamphlet and happily she gave me bonus. I am really happy. Initially i used to fell odd about domestic help. but now i fell happy.
