By seeing this the neighbors informed the family and the family filed complaint on him. Since the girl was 12 and he did the crime, he was arrested under POCSO act. The case went to Mumbai high court. Judge named Pratibha passes the verdict that if the girl is taken with the intention to use her sexually and removed her clothes and if the body contact happens then only it will be considered as sexual abuse. She also said, clothes were on and if the man touches with the clothes on and presses the girl it is not a crime. what she meant was in the man touches in private part of a girl when clothes are on, it is not considered as crime.
