I am Karpagam from Perumbakkam. Govt has announced Rs.1000 for ration card holders. It was given in only 4 districts, i.e. Chennai, Chengalpet, Kanchipuram and Thiruvallur. But the money was given to many. Anyways it has been announced for districts then why to give for only few districts? Dont know what Govt will answer. This is my question.
