Grievance : I am from Kovilambakkam and i am working in Mahindra city. I am working in Slam company. There are many sexual related problems in that company. We already reported to PTS and case is going on. I want that Urimai kural should interfere in it and solve our problem. Reply by Dhanalakshmi: I am Dhanalakshmi. She was working as a supervisor in SLAM company. She is a union leader for kovilambakkam. Her problem is she has faced sexual harassment in the company. She has recorded about it in UK. Case is going on in ACL and DCL. We have filed case in High court asking is there any ICC committee in their company. Not only for her, we have asked whether ICC committee is available in all companies of Kachipuram, Chennai, Thiruvallur. Judgement has come in our favour that there is no ICC committee in SLAM company. Now we are planning to ask for compensation. After the case i will register here. Success story: With her effort, now its out that there is no ICC committee in the companies in Chennai and other surrounded places. Its a success news for all working women. In coming days all these companies will be investigated and ICC committee formation work will be done quickly.
