I am Palani bharati. Today we are at Irankatukttai DCL office. we are here for the investigation related to 110 workers of SLAM company who were terminated from job. 60women workers are here. Main thing in this issue is, last time we have told DCL that we all women cannot come during evenings. So give us time of morning 11am. DCL accepted it and gave us the time of 11.30. But today 60 women came here by 11 and standing here from morning. Company representatives didnt come till now. when DCL called they are saying you asked us to come by 5pm. And they will be there by 5pm. even after the instruction by DCL they are being ignorant and doing such things. We feel may be because they are women, the company is behaving like this. We strongly condemn this and if the same thing repeats we will take action o women harassment.
