My welfare card is registered in Tiruvallur after my marriage. Now i stay in Chengalpet dist. How to change it?

Go to Tiruvallur dist office and give them your Chengalpet address. They will change and send to Chengalpet dist. So go to Tiruvallur dist and ask them to change it.
