1) Farmers association has decided to give petition to Trichy collector to give 100 days jobs to agriculture workers. 2) Orders has been passed for all workers to take rest from 12noon to 3pm from February 26 to April 30th. State labour department has passed this order due to increased heat in Kodaikanal and Kerala. 3) Dye workers are planning to protest near collector office on March 10th insisting them to fulfill their demands. 4) TN Govt has not renewed the contract with private lorries owners of Avin milk tanker since from 2018. The lorry owner association has warned to go on protest if the contract has not been renewed.
