I am Shenbagavalli from Vyasarpadi. We have been telling about PTS work and specialties to join people in PTS. Maximum of women are ready to join but few are asking what is the benefit they get by joining. Any working women needs support. If she faces any issue, she cannot do anything alone. But if we have support we can fight against it. We need union for that. So we are insisting them to join union.
