I am Vimala from Mogappair. Dhanalakshmi mam has asked whether everyone has got bonus after showing the pamphlet? Did they get full bonus or half bonus etc. Many people who didnt give bonus are giving it now. Many have got one month salary as bonus. Some are getting half salary as bonus. I asked a lady whether she asked for bonus. For that the owner said she is not used to giving bonus. The helper who was working earlier has been stopped from work for asking bonus. I m not used to it. If are willing to work you can continue working otherwise you can leave the work. This is the problem few people are facing. If they ask their rights they are being stopped from work. Some people are continuing working just because they dont want to leave work for the sake of one month bonus. This is what happened in my area. but many people have got bonus. this is the great victory for PTS.
