I am Vimala from Mogappair. Yesterday I went to 7th block. A person asked me what benefits we get if we join union. I explained to her and told her you will get pension when you are old. She asked already she is paying money in a scheme for pension. Will it get affected by any chance? She also said, she is doubtful because we are asking for Adhar card number. If we clear her doubts, she is ready to join. I told her there is no connection with this. I request Palani mam to clear my doubts.
