We are not like them. We work completely for women workers. Explain everything happened in our union. You know what all we have succeeded. Tell them that. In every union, they collect Rs.500- 1000 and giving the board card. But we are not like that. we collect minimal fees. Tell them all these and bring the confidence in them. Then join them in union. Dont be so down for that. You can do it slowly.
