I am Vijayalakshmi. Today we had meeting in Jeevan Jyothi office near Egmore. They told us how to join members to union, how to get our rights, what are their mindset, how to grow step by step. It was very useful and i am clear now. We have to join members by knowing whats running in their mind. We have to join members to our union and strengthen our union. Earlier women were free. but now slowly their freedom is taken back. Many women are treated very badly. We all should join together for it. Step by step we learnt so many things. If everyone join together we can get our rights. There are many people who doesnt know about it. We should find them and make them members. The training was about this. By attending the meeting, i am totally clear now. Bharathi mam told and made us understand. With the help of Sujata mam i am clear now. I am very proud and motivated to join many women.
