I am Pushparani from Vadanilmalai. On 12th Monday, evening 6pm PTS meeting was organised in ECR, Mahabalipuram's Pattipulam village. More 50 women and youths of village participated in the meeting. Sumathi, Palani bharathi, Dhanalakshmi and Savitha were present in the meeting. They explained about the benefits of PTS and welfare board. They also explained about Urimai kural. How to record in Urimai kural, how to express our opinions was explained in the meeting. People welcomed it so well. We also chose a incharge for that area and told her to advertise. Sakthimathi was appointed as incharge. --------------------------------- I am Savitha. Monday we conducted a meeting in Pattipulam under the leadership of Pushparani. Sumathi, Palani bharathi, Dhanalakshmi from PTS were present. I was presemt on behalf of UK. Many people participated in the meeting. They are construction workers. They are not aware about welfare board. We explained them about PTS and UK. They said they were not about it so far. Only now they came to know about it and it will be useful for them. We asked them to register about UK. Since they were recording for the first time, they were little scared. But once one person started doing it, everyone started recording. They said daily they will call and record.
