August 15th is nearing. Everyone please take part in it and tell us what all happened in the gram sabha meeting. Kani told about breastfeeding week. Mother's milk is the best food for babies. I spoke to a person about it. She is hesitant and scared to talk directly. So I am going to say what she said. Her child was admitted in hospital and baby was not able to drink mother's milk. Everyone in the hospital told her to pump out the milk and throw. But she didnt wanted to do that. A nurse told that there are many kids without mother and mother's milk. So she thought of giving the milk to other babies. Daily she used to go to hospital and feed the babies. She didnt waste the milk rather she fed other babies. She told me this. I was proud that the woman didnt waste it but fed other kids.
