I am Vijayalakshmi from eri scheme. Madam told about me in UK. It made me happy and proud. Whenever someone appreciates us it makes us happy. For example when we cook some food, and people appreciate it, it encourages. Just like stone is carved into a statue madam is carving us. She is conducting meeting and training us.
