S: Have you got any benefit out of it? V: I have helped people in getting the benefit. S: How many people have you joined in union so far? V: More than 50. S: Have you helped people to get their pension or any other benefit through PTS? V: I didnt help any to get pension but i have helped to get benefit. S: So you have helped them to get scholarships. V: yes. S: Did you knew about welfare board before joining union? V: Only after joining union i came to know about it.
