S: I have joined more than 150 members. K: What are their main occupation? S: Domestic help, tailoring, construction work, flower selling etc. K: Ok sis. You have so many members in your area. Have you ever conducted a meeting? and discussed about anything to your branch members. S: I have conducted meeting and created some awareness. K: After joining PTS you and your members, what did you learn? S: We have gained courage to talk the right thing. Many of the members were not able to do their bank work by themselves. After joining this union, they have got the courage to start their account and do their work without anybody's help. K: Very happy to know sis. Are you listening to Urimai kural on regular basis? S: Yes i am listening. K: In union news they have told news for branch incharges. Do you know about it? S: Yes I know. Incharges are given training and i like it very much. Whenever there is a training we will take part and will take effort for the welfare of our branch members. K: What all programs do you like in urimai kural? S: Pudhu vidiyal is really going well.
