In our area, almost everyone are doing domestic helper work. Many are working from past 10- 15 years. If they are quitting the work or if the owner is shifting the house, they are not getting anything like PF or ESI. If they are shifting or the helper is quitting the work, the owners give any old used products. Or they give Rs.1000 or Rs.2000. What ill the domestic helper do with this money? can we do anything for them in regard to PF or ESI? Sir should tell me the answer for this question. Thank you
