I am Sangeetha from PTS Thiruvallur area. On 2-2-19 the meeting on prevention and protection of shutting the schools was conducted at Trichy. We participated in that. Many heads from Right to education participated in this meeting. And people from different districts participated in this meeting. Few decisions were taken in this meeting. Among them few were, Schools which are run by financial aid, should not collect any amount from students and it should be run by the fund they are getting. Vacancies in Govt schools should be filled. RTE law should be implemented completely. Education welfare committees function properly. From the academic year 2019-2020, the Govt should take the decision of not allowing private schools. These were the few decisions taken in the meeting. I
