As per 354A if a woman is touched without her willingness, he will be punished with 3 years of imprisonment. Knowing the sections was really useful. If a woman is taken photograph against her will the person will be punished as per sec 354C. And 1-3 years of jail imprisonment will be given as punishment. And thirdly if a woman is tortured in the internet and social media, the person will be given jail imprisonment for 1-3 years as per sec354B. ANd its a repeated crime, the imprisonment may go up to 5 years. Its a good opportunity to know the section numbers through Urimai kural. If we see anyone teasing any woman we can tell them that they may get punishment under this section and they will also be scared that we know the law. We are knowing many tings through Vandu murgan.
