I am Latha from Poondi village. Today we had our gram sabha meeting in our village. Many have attended the meeting. They discussed about building a plastic-free state, also discussed about clearing stagnant water which is the main cause for the growth of dengue mosquitoes. Discussed about TB and informed everyone to cover their mouth while coughing. Officers from placement program has also attended the meeting, They told that daily they are introducing new schemes for job. Youths can make use of it.
