My Name is nithyanantham. I work in a Sanmina company in Oragadam (kanchipuram dt). We are working from past 10 years. Our minimum wages was belowRs.17000. From last 4-5 years we are protesting for salary hike. But company is not giving proper salary. From last Nover 21st we are protesting. Its been 53days. We spoke to company that salary hike must be considered. 150 members are protesting. Salary hike problem should be solved. Please help us in whatever way is from your end. There are 600 new joiners who are working are producing poor quality materials and for ladies they are tracking them with their cards even when they go to restroom.
