Mr Kamlesh kumar is a blind person he is calling from MP he is record his problem thrue "Hamari vaani". He is asking he fill a form for railway pass but railway pass is not diliverd to his address and he want to goto Karnataka vidalay thats why he need to railway pass, now what i do?
